Refund Policy

At Smile Pic Photography, we aim to provide excellent service and high-quality work. Please read our refund terms carefully.

1. Booking Advance

Advance payments made during booking are strictly non-refundable. This covers slot blocking, planning, and studio scheduling.

2. Cancellations by Client

If the client cancels the session, no refund will be provided. However, rescheduling is allowed once, provided a 24-hour notice is given.

3. Cancellations by Photographer

In case of unavoidable circumstances (illness, emergencies, technical failure), the client will receive a full refund or the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

4. Refunds After Photoshoot

Refunds will not be issued once the session has been completed. Clients may request reasonable retouching or re-editing if unsatisfied.

5. Digital Products

No refunds are offered for digital files already delivered (edited or unedited).
