Welcome to Smile Pic Photography. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A non-refundable advance payment may be required to secure your slot. The remaining amount must be paid on or before the day of the photoshoot.

2. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once (1 time) at no extra charge if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling may incur an additional fee.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs remain the copyright of Smile Pic Photography. Clients receive rights for personal usage only. Commercial usage requires written permission and may involve additional charges.

4. Delivery Timeline

Edited photos are typically delivered within 3–7 working days. Delivery time may vary during peak seasons.

6. Model Release

By booking with us, you grant permission to use your images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot begins.

7. Liability

We are not liable for unforeseen events such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or accidents. If a session cannot be completed, a free reshoot or refund will be offered at our discretion.

8. Agreement

By booking a session with Smile Pic Photography, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
